Also, mention how the situations were favorable according to your decisions made.
When speaking about a bad experience, there are various reasons that are responsible for the same. Maybe you did not have sufficient information, data was not correct or the source was not correct, etc. Say honestly and also mention how you reacted to the situation. Speak about the lesson that you learned from there and the important things that you follow after that. You can choose to tell about an incident that was not much of a disaster.

Answer: A simple answer to this question would be “Overall I like an atmosphere which is un-bias. The management must make a decision which maintains a balance between the welfare of the organization and also takes care of the employees. Another thing that I consider it a healthy atmosphere depends upon the kind of work that I am doing. I may choose to do it sitting alone in a room without anyone disturbing me or if require teamwork, I would do it accordingly.”

Answer: You can answer this question by saying “I feel that there are little challenges in our everyday work life. When I see that I successfully achieve them with all the struggles and hard work, that’s success for me. When confronted with such a situation I make see the importance of the work and how much revenue it will earn for the company. I set my priorities accordingly and I am very focused when I am handling various jobs at one time. I have learned to do it from all these years of experience.

Answer: It’s a fact that money is an important factor and there cannot be any life without it. For me money, as well as job satisfaction both matters and until both, are there I cannot work well. Answer1: “When I was in college, I had taken finance as my subject and learned a lot from there. I was assigned industrial training in my summer holidays and I did that well. I have learned a lot about financial deals in my working years too. So I have the theoretical as well as practical knowledge of the subject”.

Initially, it was difficult but as I take every difficulty with a challenge, I have learned a lot about computers. Even at home, I use a computer to pay bills, to manage expense, appointments, etc. Today I can say that I am more comfortable on a computer than on a notepad.

Answer: One of the possibilities in which you can answer such type of a question is by saying “I think that the training sessions in companies must be theoretical as well as practical depending upon the nature of work conducted. On job training is very effective as it will teach you to learn from the mistakes that one does while working”.

75. In which situation are you more comfortable, working as a team or working alone?
Answer: This question is asked to find out whether you are a team player or not. Some ways to answer this question is by saying “I actively take part in teamwork and also it is a wonderful idea to work as a team. You are exposed to various ideas and this increases your knowledge. You learn to have patience and work in a social atmosphere. There are times when ideas clash and there are ego issues but you also learn to deal with these situations”. Another way “I am equally competent working alone as working in a team. I am ready to accept situations as and how they come. In case there are issues within the team, I believe in talking to team members but if unfortunately, situations become out of control, I take the supervisor’s advice”.

Answer: When asked such question be fair in answering. You can talk about some of the positive points and how he/she has supported you. In case there was a conflict you can talk about that too but present it as a difference of opinion which is very normal between individuals. You can go ahead to say that since the opinion was for the welfare of company so you agreed to it in spite of disliking it.

Answer: If asked then you can say “I think my interview was fair enough. There was a time when I spoke what I think and that may not match your opinion but the difference in opinion is common among individuals. I believe in one thing that we work for an organization so we must follow its style of working and not be stubborn in doing things our way”.

Answer: An ideal way to answer this question is by saying “Money is important to a certain extent as we all look towards that. Even the company wants to make a profit at the end of the day. If I do not meet my basics and comforts to a certain extent then yes money is important. Once these things are fulfilled my job satisfaction accounts. This does not mean that I won’t do a work if it does not suit my preference. As if I do so then I won’t be meet my basics as well.”

Answer: A better way of answering such question would be by saying “Conflicts are a part of work life. What I feel is when there is a difference in opinion, I tend to look at that part which would be beneficial for the organization and its style of working. If my boss is talking about the general working standards in a company then I do not find any reasons for not agreeing with him. In case he is talking something which shows dominance and dictatorship, I first seek to talk with him if it does not work then I believe in talking to higher authorities”.

Answer: This is to check how defensive or aggressive are you. One of the better ways of answering such question would be “I would be rather very disappointed and sad as I have this much confidence to judge my capabilities and performance. I understand that my interview was good, there may be some aspects where our opinion may have differed but that’s common among individuals. I also believe that at the end of the day our focus must be on work and not on individual likes and dislikes.”

Answer: If someone has influenced you then tell the name and the reason why. If there is no one then you can say “I have always taken my decisions and believed that self-esteem and knowledge will take one to higher levels. I was always interested in this field and this is why I perused education related to this field. I can only perform well if I get job satisfaction which I will get in this field. My decision is entirely self-influenced.”

Answer: An ideal way of answering this question is by saying “Work life teaches you many things and I have too learned a lot from my experience so far. I have learned to stay calm and composed in whatever I do. In case if there are issues I try my level best to solve them before taking the matter to the higher authority. What disappoints me is a lie and false commitment. I also believe that any argument is not won by raising voice but by raising the quality of your words.”

Answer: When asked such type of question answer it in a diplomatic way. You can talk about the working atmosphere and say that you like a balance between work and fun. If there was anything that was really odd then you can speak about that but justify each such statement. Do not lay stress on individual opinion but be fare on your answers. It is however not necessary to actually speak anything negative if you are not quite comfortable, then you can skip this part.

Answer: When asked such question then lay stress on being a part of the organization. Say good things about the company and why you want to be a part of it. Also, say that if you are overqualified then it will turn out to be good for the company as you will perform and earn good returns for the company. Also, say that learning is never over and in every new organization there is some opportunity to learn something new.
